Maxio Single Sign-On (SSO)

Advanced Billing users who also utilize the Maxio Platform application have the ability to set up single sign-on (SSO) credentials between the two platforms. Doing so allows you to use the same login credentials for both systems and simplifies working between the two. You can activate your SSO credentials by completing the steps below:

The instructions below are intended for users who have not set up a Maxio account. If you already have a Maxio account, you simply need to log in using your SSO credentials and confirm the linkage with your Advanced Billing account.

  1. If you do not already have an Advanced Billing account, an administrator user must first create a new user profile for you. 
  2. In Advanced Billing, navigate to Account -> Activate SSO in the top-right corner.


  3. You will then be asked to provide your email address and a password for your SSO account. Click Confirm User Activation with SSO.

    Note: If you have already provisioned an SSO account (this can occur when users leave and rejoin a company), click Sign in with SSO to confirm the link between your SSO and Maxio Platform accounts.

  4. You will then be prompted to log in with your SSO credentials and confirm linking your Advanced Billing account with SSO, allowing you to access Maxio Platform and Advanced Billing.
