Dashboard

The Dashboard screen provides a summary of the Site's data for quick reference and visualization. 

Summary Bar

  • Total Net Payments: The gross payments that your Advanced Billing site has a record of less the total of refunds issued.

  • Net Payments Today: The gross payments that your Advanced Billing site has a record of less the total of refunds issued within today’s date.

  • Subscribers: The total number of active, past due, and trial subscribers. Please note that this number may differ from the number of paid subscribers found elsewhere in the system.

  • Signups Today: The number of new subscribers you have received today.

  • Expired Cards: The number of stored credit cards that have expired.

  • Pending Renewals: This number represents “soft failures” or payment failures for a renewing subscription. These renewals were likely due to a payment issue that the renewing subscription has failed to proceed with.

Monthly Net Payments & Subscribers

This graph shows the total number of active, past due, and trial subscribers for your site within the given month alongside the total net payments for the given month.

Daily Subscribers Added/Lost

This graph shows subscriber growth/loss on a daily basis over a period of time.

Recent Activity

Lists out all of the changes that have recently occurred in the Site.

Webhook Status

Provides a count for various periods (hour, day, week) to show the number of accepted (successful) webhook deliveries out of the total web hook payloads sent.

Signup Performance

Per active (not archived) product breakdown of the subscriptions that signed up both this month, and last month.

Product Performance

Per active (not archived) product breakdown of revenue generated from subscriptions. Revenue here follows the same definition as elsewhere, successful payments minus successful refunds.
