Billing Portal Delayed Cancellation Issue

Between approximately 8:00 AM on Monday, December 14, and 7:20 AM on Tuesday December 15, 2020, (Eastern Standard Time, UTC -5) subscribers who elected to cancel at the end of the billing period using the billing portal may have been canceled immediately.

This problem affected sites that are configured to only allow delayed cancellations. If your site allows both immediate and delayed cancellations, it was not affected.
