The transactions tab gives you a birds-eye view of all of the transactional activity within your subscriptions. Here you can perform a number of tasks:
- Search for a particular subscription
- Filter for transactions that occurred within a particular set of dates
- Search for a type of transaction
- Learn more about why a transaction may have failed
Additionally, we offer the option to export your transactional data. With this feature, you’ll be able to import your subscriber’s transactions into the accounting software of your choice. Alternately, you’re given the power to slice-and-dice transactional data any way you’d like.
In this collection of articles, we’ll cover the basics on how to locate transactions. From there, we’ll dive into some technical aspects of searching transactions to learn more about failures and how to troubleshoot subscriber-based issues.
