Xero OAuth 2.0 Migration

Xero changed the way apps connect on March 31, 2021. As a result, we made changes to the way Advanced Billing connects to Xero. For our merchants who were successfully connected to Xero as of March 31, 2021 we have automatically updated your connection. Merchants who were disconnected at that time will need to connect again but no additional action needs to be taken.
