Advanced Billing Business Intelligence allows you to query and visualize all of your Advanced Billing data using two main areas of functionality - the Explorer and Dashboards. With the Explorer, you can perform a wide array of analysis types on your data by creating, running, and managing metrics. With Dashboards, you can choose which Saved Metrics you want to visualize on a dashboard or set of dashboards. You will also have the option of adding both out-of-the-box metrics and dashboards to your site.
Access to Business Intelligence is limited to Advanced Billing users with Admin or Financial Access.
Getting Started
Out-of-the-box metrics and dashboards are provided to help you get up and running quickly. You will have to add them to your site. You simply click the Add Out-of-the-box button located on the top right corner of either Dashboard or Explorer screens.
Once added to your site, these can be cloned and customized to meet your needs by adding filters, categories, and changing time frames. Saved Metrics are managed in the Explorer, and Dashboards can be found in the Dashboards section of Business Intelligence.
