Offers can be found in the main navigation under Catalog > Offers.
Offer menu
The Offers page presents a list of all of the Offers configured for the Site. Each Offer includes the Product, Component and Coupon details, Offer Signup Page links, and the number of Subscriptions.
You can also create new offers from this page using the + Create Offer button.
