On November 21, 2023, the Advanced Billing system was inoperable for a period of time between 1:00 PM EST and 1:40 PM EST. When the system was brought back online and operational, background jobs were temporarily paused while our team further investigated.
During this outage, subscription processing for sites within the platform was temporarily paused, so you may see delays in subscription renewals around that time frame. Additionally, any API calls, and signups/subscription creation attempts for your sites during that time frame would have failed, and will need to be retried.
