An issue was identified with the Billing Portal, where proration previews were incorrectly displaying alongside the 'preserve period' feature. Upon actual processing, the 'preserve period' functionality was not being utilized, resulting in charges for an entire new billing cycle.
The Billing Portal now effectively processes prorations with the 'preserve period' enabled, ensuring accurate billing.
