When the Multifrequency feature is enabled on the Advanced Billing system, new options will be added to the "Create Components view". This guide will show off the systems and how they work.
Creating a Component with Multifrequency
Please note: This does not work with the "Quantity Based (One-Time)" component.
- Create a new component or edit an existing component that needs Multifrequency.
- Edit or create a price point. Under the "Price" there will be an option for "Billing and Invoicing Interval".
- Set the timing interval for the component. This can be done in days or months and will be based on the product. If the timing needs to be aligned with the product, leave this blank.
4. Click "Save Pricing Scheme".
