BlueSnap (Private Beta)

The BlueSnap gateway integration is currently in Private Beta. Please contact support to request access for your site.

Advanced Billing supports the BlueSnap gateway for credit card transactions in USD, EUR, ILS, AUD, CAD, and GBP, and ACH/eCheck transactions in USD.

Advanced Billing requires your API Credentials Username and Password in order to communicate with your BlueSnap account.

Your API Credentials can be generated within the Settings -> API Settings menu in the upper right-hand corner of the online portal.

If you wish to process Electronic Check Payments, make sure this feature is enabled within the Checkout Page -> Payment Methods section of the online portal.

In addition, you will need to enter Advanced Billing’s IP addresses as Authorized IPs for your account.

Please note that each Advanced Billing payment profile can only be used for payments in a single currency.

The Advanced Billing integration sends payment information in plain text. For this to function properly, you need to enable plain text permissions within the API user in Bluesnap. Please contact Bluesnap's support team is you require assistance with this task.

Account Updater

In order to use this feature, you need to setup BlueSnap webhooks on your account. Instructions are provided in BlueSnap support documentation.

Make sure you check the Send Account Updater checkbox.

The correct IPN (Instant Payment Notifications) url is https://your-subdomain.chargify.com/bluesnap/webhooks.

This feature will allow keeping your Advanced Billing payment profiles up-to-date with changes that happen directly in your BlueSnap account.
